2. Payment for services is due upon completion, unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. We are not responsible for any damage to windows or property caused by pre-existing conditions.

5. Our team will perform a thorough cleaning but cannot ensure removal of stains caused by external damage or long-term neglect.

6. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

7. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel the environment is unsafe for our team members.

8. All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.
